Sperian brought together major industrial players in Poland to participate in the safety awareness seminar.
Sperian, one of DSM Dyneema's Licensing Program partners, brought together major industrial players in Poland to participate in the safety awareness seminar. Industries such as Engines (ABB, WSK), Transportation (Dachser), Glass (Pilkington), Construction (Skanska), Automotive (Solaris) and others were present. During the two-day seminar, the selected participants received a comprehensive overview of Sperian's PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) product range designed to enhance protection and improve safety performance.
DSM Dyneema was invited to share its leadership perspective pertaining to the use of Dyneema® fiber in personal protective equipment designed to protect against mechanical hazards. Experts from DSM Dyneema took this opportunity to inform the audience of the benefits of gloves made with Dyneema® fiber and how the properties of the Dyneema® fiber contribute to a safer working environment.
"DSM Dyneema's participation complemented our effort in providing our customers with insight into the latest trends and current technology available," said Slawomir Glarus, Country Manager Poland, Sperian Protection. "Their safety and cut resistance expertise helped our customers conceptualize the technical and financial benefits of cut resistant gloves made with Dyneema®."
"We are pleased to support our licensee partners in their efforts to enhance cut protection and safety awareness along with fiber understanding," says Silke Keller, End User Marketeer High Protective Textiles, DSM Dyneema. "Conferences with end-users are great opportunities to share our knowledge and experience in cut protection, and to obtain insights into practical applications and concerns."
